FIXLY

Privacy policy

FIXLY is designed to process files locally. This policy describes the application as delivered and the optional integrations that must be reviewed before activation.

Files and working memory

Your selected files, filenames and image pixels are used in browser memory for processing and previews. They are not uploaded to FIXLY or sent to advertising or analytics services. Processing uses local Web Workers. Temporary object URLs are released when results are replaced or the page closes. Original files are not changed. Downloads remain wherever your browser saves them.

Hosting and technical requests

Your browser requests pages and application assets from the hosting provider. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, user agents and request information to deliver and secure the site, according to the operator’s hosting configuration and Cloudflare policies. File processing does not require a network request containing your files.

Storage and optional measurement

A color theme preference may be stored locally in your browser. Advertising and analytics are disabled by default. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics can measure page visits when explicitly configured and permitted. Tool events are emitted only inside the page with a tool identifier and event category; there is no event collection endpoint enabled. We do not include filenames, file contents or raw exceptions in these hooks.

Advertising and consent

If advertising is activated, Google and its partners may process device and consent information under their policies. A Google-certified CMP integrated with IAB TCF must be configured for applicable visitors, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland. The delivered application does not contain a certified CMP. The operator must publish accurate provider, retention and consent details before enabling these integrations.

Your choices and contact

You can use the tools without an account. Clear local storage to remove a theme choice, close the page to end the processing session, and delete downloaded files yourself. The operator’s public contact and administrative identity must be configured before public launch. Visible image content can reveal private information even after metadata removal.

QR codes and Wi-Fi details

QR contents, links, email addresses, phone numbers and Wi-Fi credentials are generated locally in browser memory. FIXLY does not send them to a generator, shortener, server or analytics service. Nothing is added to your destination. Anyone holding a QR can recover what it contains, including a Wi-Fi password. Your clipboard and printed or downloaded copies are controlled by your device and applications.
